This Privacy Policy explains what information Triquetra Marketing LLC (“Triquetra,” “we,” “us”) collects on triquetramedia.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, to people who order the External AI Readiness Assessment, and to people who apply for the WV Hometown Pay It Forward Program. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

When you order an assessment or apply to the program, we collect what you enter in the form: your business name, website address, your name and email address, business locations, the number of people who work in your business, your revenue range, what you sell, competitors you list, links to your public profiles, and any notes you add. For the program application we also collect your phone number and your reason for applying.

When you pay, Stripe collects and processes your card details. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and limited details such as the card brand and the last four digits.

When you book a call, the scheduling and video tools we use collect your name, email address and the time you choose.

When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers collect technical information such as your browser, device, pages viewed and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

We use your information to take and confirm your order, process your payment, run and review your assessment, deliver your report and your private download link, schedule your call, review program applications, send receipts and messages about your order, keep business and accounting records, prevent fraud and misuse, and improve our site and services. We do not sell your personal information.

Use of AI services

To run the assessment, we may enter your business’s public information, such as its name, website address, location, what it sells and its public listings, into AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, to see how they answer buyer questions. We do not enter your payment details, your email address or your phone number into these tools. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the assessment and our business, and only as needed. These include Stripe for payments, Google for email, documents and spreadsheets we use to keep order records, our scheduling and video tools for your call, the AI services described above, and our website hosting, analytics and advertising measurement providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

We do not give sponsors of the WV Hometown Pay It Forward Program your application, your report or your contact details. If a sponsor funds part of your assessment, we may tell them that a West Virginia business was helped, without naming you unless you agree.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Clicky, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. Our site search is provided by Expertrec, which processes the search terms you enter. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can block or delete them, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our cookie banner includes an opt-out link, and our cookie tool honors browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where it supports them. Because there is no common standard for how sites should respond to a general Do Not Track signal, we do not otherwise change how the site works when we receive one. Third parties, such as Google and our other analytics providers, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. To ask us to stop using your information for analytics or advertising, see “Your U.S. state privacy rights” below.

How long we keep information

We keep order and payment records as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep your form information and report files for as long as needed to deliver and support your assessment and to answer questions about it. You can ask us to delete report files and form information that we are not required to keep.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and a payment processor that handles card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop sending you messages that are not about your order. To make a request, email stacy@triquetramedia.com or call 304-997-8741.

Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws, including those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states, may give you certain rights over your personal information. We offer the following rights to everyone, whatever state you live in:

  • Access: ask whether we process your personal information and get a copy of it.
  • Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions, such as records we must keep for tax purposes.
  • Portability: receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Opt out: opt out of the sale of your personal information, of targeted advertising or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and of profiling used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
  • No retaliation: you will not be treated differently for using these rights.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Some online tools that help us measure our site or advertising, such as analytics and advertising cookies, may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws. To opt out, email stacy@triquetramedia.com with the subject line “Opt out.”

How to make a request

Email stacy@triquetramedia.com or call 304-997-8741. We will verify your request by matching the information you give us to the information we hold. You may use an authorized agent, who must give us your written permission. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that once by another 45 days and will tell you why. We do not charge a fee for ordinary requests.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing stacy@triquetramedia.com with the subject line “Appeal” within 45 days of our response. We will reply with a written decision within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state attorney general.

Sensitive personal information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information, precise location or biometric data. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us.

California residents

In the past 12 months, we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address); commercial information (your orders and payments); internet and network activity (pages viewed and technical data from analytics tools); and business and professional information (your business name, website, size and locations). We collected it from you and from your devices, and we use it for the purposes described above. We disclose it only to the service providers listed in this policy, for business purposes. We keep it as described in “How long we keep information.” We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Nevada residents

Nevada law lets you opt out of the sale of certain covered information. We do not sell covered information for money. To submit a request, email stacy@triquetramedia.com.

Children

Our services are for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
